Webb CFO was founded by Sarah Elliott Webb. Sarah launched her virtual CFO and accounting firm after a career in tax preparation and corporate finance, with roles at global corporations like PwC and Alcon Laboratories, as well as a leadership position as controller with a local family organization. She went on to run a multi-media company, Plaid for Women, and founded a non-profit focused on bully-proofing young girls.

Sarah took her varied and rich leadership, financial, and tax roles, and combined her skills into a virtual CFO and bookkeeping firm, so that local small- to medium-sized businesses can benefit from expert financial guidance without needing to hire a full-time executive.

Today, Sarah’s clients benefit from her education, experience and insights, as she helps them achieve peace of mind while reaching their goals.

Jan Robidou

Accounting Manager, CPA

Jan Robidou got her start by turning around a small business on the brink of bankruptcy. (That’s certainly one way to launch a career!) She absolutely understands the concerns and needs of small- to medium-sized businesses, particularly proper cash flow management.

From her auspicious beginning, Jan has worked in a variety of roles and functions for a few notable companies – including serving as a senior internal auditor for an international Fortune 100 company. Her career experience includes tax preparation, audit, financial analysis and reporting, and banking for both small and large businesses.

Amy Phillips

Accounting Manager, CPA Candidate

Amy started her career in public accounting serving clients in manufacturing, retail and services with their tax needed. After that she transitioned to industry serving in roles as finance manager and controller. She’s an expert at fixed assets, inventory management and developing overall accounting systems. At Webb CFO she leads our team serving clients in distribution and our growing licensed professional services.

Outside of work, Amy is a wife, mother and avid baseball fan. Amy and her family also enjoy home improvement projects.
